SimpliResy is a product and registered trademark of Thinkthread LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SimpliResy is a web-based platform that allows users to:

• Create professional dashboards showcasing their career history
• Generate AI-tailored resumes matched to specific job descriptions
• Share public profiles with a personalized URL
• Export resumes to PDF, DOCX, and Google Docs formats

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Maintain the security of your account by protecting your Google sign-in credentials
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not create accounts using automated means
• Not impersonate another person or entity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SimpliResy offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. For Premium:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create on SimpliResy, including your profile information, resume data, and generated resumes. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our content: The SimpliResy name, logo, website design, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.

SimpliResy uses artificial intelligence to help tailor resumes and provide suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by you before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for the final content of any resume you submit to employers
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpliResy and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of data, employment opportunities, or revenue
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions taken by third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
